Justice Clegg enters his second season as Assistant Athletic Director & Offensive Line Coach at Iowa Central. In Coach Clegg’s first season at Iowa Central he was a part of an Offensive staff that was ranked in the Nation in Total Offense (#6),Rushing Yards (#12), Rushing Yards per game (#24) & Total Rushing Attempts (#2). In his short time at Iowa Central he has had the opportunity to coach a 1st Team NJCAA All-American Richard Rodriguez. Two ICAC All-Conference players Richard Rodriguez & Jakob Bradford. Five ICAC ALL-REGION players Richard Rodriguez, Jakob Bradford, Avery Demmons, Anthony Berry & Trey Winters. Four of the Five were Freshmen. All four are returning for the 2020 Football Season.

Prior to Iowa Central Coach Clegg spent six years at Graceland University as the offensive line coach, Run Game Coordinator & Recruiting Coordinator. He also coordinate the team's community service the past two seasons. Prior to being named Recruiting Coordinator he was the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator for the program. In his six years as the offensive line Coach he coached 12 All Conference players and Coached programs first CoSIDA Google Cloud Academic All-American.

Prior to Graceland University Clegg coached at Missouri Valley College where he served as a graduate assistant. In his two seasons there he coached outside linebackers, tight ends, tackles and was a strength and conditioning coach. While at Missouri Valley College he was also the JV Head Coach calling the defense his first year and the offense his second year. 

Before making his way to Missouri Valley College, Coach Clegg coached one year at MacMurray College where he was the defensive line coach. While at MacMurray College he had the opportunity to coach two all-conference players.

Clegg, a native of Lompoc, Calif., started his collegiate football career at Dixie State Community College (Utah) before transferring to Upper Iowa University where he was a three-year varsity starter on the offensive line.

He graduated from Upper Iowa University in 2009 with a BA in Fitness and Wellness. He earned his MA in Sport Management in 2013 from Missouri Baptist University.
