Tritons get back to winning

Iowa Central got back on the winning track on Saturday by defeating Simpson College by a score of 98-51. In a game that was needed for more mental purposes than physical, Iowa Central was able to clear the bench and get everyone involved as all 13 Tritons got in the game and saw playing time. "I thought in the second half we did a good job of executing what we do and not worry about Simpson. The first half, we didn't play well but we came out in the second half and did what we do." Said Dennis Pilcher, head coach of Iowa Central. A sluggish start to the game ended with only a 10 point advantage for the Tritons but Iowa Central was able to outscore Simpson in the second half by 42 points to coast to the victory.
