Colin Swygman has already cemented his name in the Iowa Central history books.

Now, the Triton kicker continues to add to his resume.

Swygman was named the NJCAA Special Teams Player of the Week after going 7-for-7 on extra points and booting a 31-yard field goal in a 52-0 win over Southern-Shreveport in Week 1.

In 2019, Swygman kicked the game-winner to claim the Graphic Edge Bowl for Iowa Central.

He also averaged 59 yards on kickoffs with two touchbacks.

The Tritons host Iowa Western in a Top-10 matchup this Saturday at Dodger Stadium.
