Iowa Central freshman kicker stepped up last weekend on special teams against #8 Butler. Kongolo Mwenemkamba made a 37 yard field goal for his second make of the season. He also made all three of his extra points -- accounting for six of the Tritons 24 points on the day. This season Mwenemkamba is 2 for 2 on field goal attempts and 17 for 20 on extra points. He and Liam Wahe have split duties this season and are a combined 6 for 6 from three-point range and 28 for 34 extra points. Iowa Central looks to stop a two-game skid against Dodge City on Saturday.
