ICCAC Athlete of the Week Honors for Cain

Jordan Cain – Iowa Central – Sophomore - Guard
Down a starter against undefeated No. 12 Iowa Western, no problem for Iowa Central as Jordan Cain took the reins and lifted the Tritons to a second-half comeback to win the game 90-78. Cain scored 33 points with five steals and four rebounds, getting up and down the floor to make plays on defense and offense. The Tritons were down 36-31 at half, but Cain helped lift them in the second half, making big plays down the stretch to secure an impressive conference victory to open 2026.
