Triton Bowlers Capture ICCAC Athlete of the Week Honors

Leah Stauffacher – Iowa Central – Freshman
Iowa Central freshman Leah Stauffacher earned ICCAC Athlete of the Week honors after placing 15th at the 5 Seasons Classic. Stauffacher rolled games of 169, 210, 202, 171 and 178 for a five-game total of 930, averaging 186. In just her fourth collegiate tournament, she rebounded from the opening 169 with consecutive 200s and set a steady tone the rest of the block. Her poise and leadership kept teammates engaged, helping Iowa Central to a 4-1 record on Day One and sustained momentum through the weekend. The freshman is off to a strong start in her first season.

Nicholas Rajkovic – Iowa Central – Freshman
Iowa Central freshman Nicholas Rajkovic earned ICCAC Athlete of the Week honors after placing eighth out of 203 competitors at the 5 Seasons Classic — best among ICCAC men. Rajkovic opened with a 267, overcame dips in Games 2 and 4 (178, 171), and responded with 244 and 212 to finish the block. He totaled 1,072 pins across five games for a 214.4 average and led all ICCAC male bowlers. Facing a deep field, the freshman anchored the Tritons' lineup with poise and consistency, helping set the tone for a strong weekend. His 267 stood among the day's top games.
