McKenzie breaks school record

FORT PIERCE, Fla. - It was another strong prelim session for the Iowa Central swim team here Thursday at the NJCAA Championships.

Ten Tritons advanced to the finals, which will take place later tonight.

Kyle McKenzie and Johnathon Turner both recorded the second-fastest prelim times in their respective events. McKenzie went 3:59.12 in the 400 individual medley and Turner posted a time of 49.64 in the 100 butterfly.
