NEW ORLEANS – All-America honors for the 2018 NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field season were announced Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Student-athletes earned USTFCCCA All-America status by virtue of finishing among the top-8 in their events – including as a member of a relay team – at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field National Championships that were held in El Dorado, Kansas, last weekend.

A total of 12 Triton men and 12 Triton women claimed All-American honors. Brian Bell (800 meters and 4 x 800 relay), Tyler Lienau (Discus and Hammer), and Phemelo Matlhabe (200 meters and 4 x 100 relay) were two time honorees for the men. Adva Cohen was a 4 time honoree (1500 meters, Steeplechase, 5000 meters, and 4 x 800 relay), Agnes Mansaray was a 3 time honoree (800 meters, 4 x 400 relay, and 4 x 800 relay) and Monise Marronette (4 x 400 relay and Heptathlon), Winrose Chesang (5000 meters and 10000 meters), Aaliyah Regg Wajid (Steeplechase and 4 x 800 relay), Payton Roberts (Shot Put and Discus), and Abeba Sullivan (1500 meters and 4 x 800 relay) were all two time honorees for the women.
