"On paper the men were the best team; but not only did every single lady on this team step-up and outperform their ranking, our guys did the same," said Head Coach Dee Brown. "The key to sweeping the Region 11 Championships was our team energy. Our athletes were extremely supportive of their teammates, constantly cheering for each other and picking each other up. The entire two days was such a team effort. Our staff couldn't be prouder of what they accomplished individually and more importantly as a unit. This momentum will be crucial as we head to the NJCAA Indoor Championships in Topeka, KS in two weeks as well as our outdoor season this spring."
