Aries Scott also recoded a No. 8 NJCAA All-Time Best Performance in the Men's Heptathlon.

"We had an absolutely amazing weekend in Topeka," Said Dee Brown, Director of Track and Field. "While our goals were slightly higher it is hard to be disappointed in our Men's 4th place finish. Aries Scott achieved his goal of being the Heptathlon National Champion while posting a score that is second best in school history and even more impressive, eighth best-ever in the NJCAA. Roman Kuleshov was our only other athlete to earn NJCAA All-American honors (top-2). Kuleshov finished as the national runner-up in both the Triple Jump and Long Jump events where he set personal records in both."
