Chakib Cherkaoui Rhazouani – Iowa Central – Freshman – Mile

His converted time was 4:12.34 and with that is the third person to hit the qualification mark this season. The next meet for Rhazouani and the Tritons will be this Friday at the Bill Bergan Open hosted by Iowa State University.

Maeva Goune Tibbolo – Iowa Central – Freshman – Long Jump
Early into the Indoor Track and Field season, Maeva Goune Tibbolo is the only long jumper to have hit the national qualification standard, and therefore, leads the nation. The Trion freshman at the Battle in the Hive meet jumped for 6.03 meters, good for third best all-time in the Iowa Central record books.
