Iowa Central Community College Taekwondo hosted the Iowa Central Taekwondo Championships on Saturday Oct 21, 2017. Team point winners tied for 1st place were Iowa Central Iowa Central Community College Taekwondo and Faiferlick Faiferlick Taekwondo, Martial Arts, FItness and Self Defense sharing the trophy with 40 points each. Kim's Olympic Taekwondo took second place with 25 points. Winning the participants trophy (after we took out the Iowa Central team and Faiferlick Martial Arts) is Bruce Taekwondo Academy and second place was Farrell's Martial Arts - Beaverdale / Farrell's Martial Arts - Waukee. The Sportmanship trophy went to Relford Martial Arts.
