Iowa Central Community College Taekwondo hosted the 3^rd Midwest Collegiate Taekwondo Conference tournament on Saturday Nov 11, 2017. Nine colleges competed, 8 of which are Div I universities. 97 athletes competed in the conference competition made up of poomsae (forms) and sparring. Iowa Central repeated their third place performance from last year. Several international certified referees controlled three rings of competition. Poomsae (forms) were judged on accuracy and presentation. Sparring was scored by electronic gear and referees.
