Carley West was named the ICCAC Div. II Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

West, a sophomore for 18th-ranked Iowa Central, helped the Tritons post wins over Iowa Lakes and Ellsworth.

During the two games, West scored 43 points with 14 rebounds and six steals. That included a 29-point effort vs. Ellsworth when she scored 27 in the first half and 18 in the second quarter.

Iowa Central heads to Marshalltown Wednesday night.
