ESTHERVILLE - Coming off a second place showing at districts, the Iowa Central wrestling team kept the momentum going, pinning Iowa Lakes here Thursday night, 43-10.

Aidan Harris opened the dual with a pin as Bret Minor, Phil Smith, Andrew Gamble, Keaton Geerts and Jose Rodriguez followed for the ninth-ranked Tritons (1-4 overall, 1-3 in ICCAC).

Minor won via technical fall, Smith, Gamble and Geerts earned falls, and Rodriguez added a technical fall. Smith, Gamble and Geerts each pinned their opponents in the first round, with Geerts earning his fall in just 39 seconds.

Hugo Harp added a decision win and Jorden Pryor picked up a forfeit to complete the night.

Iowa Central returns to action on March 17 when they host Ellsworth inside Hodges Fieldhouse.
